One question, four systems
When everything lives in one platform, support questions stop respecting the boundaries between its parts. A stock count that looks wrong might be a receiving error, a returns setting or a sale that never posted — and the retailer asking has no reason to know which.
E-invoicing raises the cost of a vague answer. Electronic invoicing in Saudi Arabia is a compliance obligation with a format and a deadline, not a preference, so "it should work now" is not an acceptable resolution.
And retail support peaks exactly when a shop is busiest — evenings, weekends, the end of the month — which is when a support desk is least staffed.
What Open does
The agent answers in Arabic, in the vocabulary the product uses, across the whole surface rather than one module of it — so a retailer does not have to work out which part of their own system their question belongs to before they can ask it.
Rewaa is also moving its outbound WhatsApp campaigns onto Open, so the messages the business sends and the conversations it receives stop living in two separate tools with two separate histories of the same customer.
Compliance questions stay with people. Anything where an invoice must be accepted by the tax authority is a question with a right answer and a consequence, and it goes to someone who can confirm it.

A retailer gets an answer at the hour they are actually behind the counter, and the specialists keep the cases where being wrong costs the customer a compliance problem.
