Requirements
- •Asana account with access to workspaces you want to sync
- •Personal Access Token or OAuth app credentials
How to connect
- 1.Go to Asana Developer Console and create a Personal Access Token
- 2.Or set up OAuth for automatic token management
- 3.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Asana
- 4.Authenticate with your access token or OAuth
- 5.Select workspaces and projects to sync
- 6.Configure which data types to include
Good to know
- Task attachments sync as URLs - file content needs separate extraction
- Completed tasks are included by default
- Subtasks are synced as separate task entries
- Rate limits apply - large workspaces may take time to sync
