Requirements

How to connect
- 1.Log in to your Notion workspace and go to My Integrations page
- 2.Click "New integration" and select your workspace
- 3.Enable "Read content" capability (required), plus "Read comments" and "Read user information" if needed
- 4.Navigate to pages you want to sync and click ••• menu → Add connections → select your integration
- 5.Copy the Access Token from the Secrets tab of your integration
- 6.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Notion and paste your token
Good to know
- OAuth 2.0 simplifies setup and is recommended for most users
- With Access Token auth, you must manually share each page you want to sync
- Incremental sync only replicates data generated after your configured start date
- Default start date is 2 years ago if not specified
Common questions
Security: Open only requires read access to your Notion. We never write, modify, or delete your content. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. GDPR compliant, working toward SOC 2 Type II.
