Requirements

How to connect

  1. 1.In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and Integrations β†’ APIs β†’ Zendesk API
  2. 2.Click "Add API token" under Settings and give it a description
  3. 3.Copy the token immediately (you won't see it again)
  4. 4.In Open, go to AI Training β†’ Sources β†’ Connect Zendesk
  5. 5.Enter your subdomain (from https://YOUR_SUBDOMAIN.zendesk.com/)
  6. 6.Choose OAuth 2.0 or API Token auth, then enter credentials
