Pages — All Confluence pages with full content, titles, and hierarchical structure via the Confluence REST API.
Spaces — Space metadata and configuration. Note: The Space stream requires a Confluence Standard or Premium plan.

Requirements
- •Atlassian API Token
- •Your Confluence domain name
- •Your Confluence login email
- •Standard or Premium plan for Space stream
How to connect
- 1.Go to your Atlassian account settings and navigate to Security → API tokens
- 2.Click "Create API token" and give it a descriptive name
- 3.Copy the generated API token (you won't see it again)
- 4.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Confluence
- 5.Enter your Confluence domain name (e.g., your-company.atlassian.net)
- 6.Enter your Confluence login email and the API token
Good to know
- Only Full Refresh sync is supported (no incremental)
- The Space stream requires a Confluence Standard or Premium plan
- The connector should not run into API limitations under normal usage
- Uses Confluence REST API v2 for data extraction
Common questions
Security: Open only requires read access to your Confluence. We never write, modify, or delete your content. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. GDPR compliant, working toward SOC 2 Type II.
