How to connect
- 1.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Google Drive
- 2.Click "Authenticate via Google (OAuth)" and complete the authorization
- 3.Copy the folder link from Google Drive (navigate to folder → copy URL)
- 4.Paste the folder link - all files in this folder and subfolders will be synced
- 5.Use glob patterns to filter files (e.g., "**/*.csv" for only CSV files)
- 6.Configure sync frequency and start syncing
Good to know
- Syncs from a single folder - subfolders are included recursively
- Use glob patterns like "**/*.csv" to filter by file type
- Document file type format is experimental for PDFs and Google Docs
- If folder is not public, grant Service Account access to it
- Supports CSV, JSON, JSONL, Parquet, Avro, Excel, and document formats
