Requirements

- •Personal access token or OAuth admin for org install
How to connect
- 1.In Calendly, generate a personal access token (or OAuth app for org install)
- 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Calendly and paste the token
- 3.Select which event types each agent can book
- 4.Configure assignment rules (round-robin honoured automatically)
- 5.Place a test call and verify the booking appears in Calendly

- Calendly Workflows continue to fire on AI-booked events
- Round-robin counters update normally
- Free Calendly accounts work but lack some routing features
