What can be synced
Text Documents — PDF, DOCX, TXT and other text-based files. Binary files (images, videos, executables) are excluded.
Metadata — File names, paths, sizes, and modification dates.
Folders — Folder structure for organization context.

How to connect
- 1.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Dropbox
- 2.Click "Authenticate with Dropbox" and authorize access
- 3.Select the folder path to sync from
- 4.Configure file type filters if needed
- 5.Start syncing your Dropbox content
Good to know
- Document text extraction works for common formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT)
- Binary files (images, videos, executables) are not synced
- Only text-based documents are processed for AI training
- Large folders may take time for initial sync
- Respects Dropbox sharing permissions
