How to connect

  1. 1.Go to Freshdesk Admin → Profile Settings → API Key
  2. 2.Copy your API Key
  3. 3.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Freshdesk KB
  4. 4.Enter your Freshdesk domain and API Key
  5. 5.Select categories to sync
  6. 6.Articles will sync automatically

Good to know

  • API Key found in Profile Settings, not Admin settings
  • Only published articles sync by default
  • Article attachments are referenced but not downloaded
  • Folder permissions respected during sync
