How to connect
- 1.Go to Freshdesk Admin → Profile Settings → API Key
- 2.Copy your API Key
- 3.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Freshdesk KB
- 4.Enter your Freshdesk domain and API Key
- 5.Select categories to sync
- 6.Articles will sync automatically
Good to know
- API Key found in Profile Settings, not Admin settings
- Only published articles sync by default
- Article attachments are referenced but not downloaded
- Folder permissions respected during sync
