How to connect
- 1.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar
- 2.Authorize via OAuth (per-user or domain-wide for Workspace)
- 3.Select the calendars the agent can read from and write to
- 4.Configure routing rules (which calendar for which service)
- 5.Place a test booking and verify it appears in Calendar
Good to know
- Domain-wide delegation lets one Open install serve all users in a Workspace
- Free/busy privacy settings respected — Open sees only what the calendar share allows
- Booking confirmations sent through your existing Calendar invite flow
