How to connect
- 1.In HubSpot, create a Private App with the scopes you need (contacts, deals, tickets, etc.)
- 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot and paste the access token
- 3.Map Open agents to HubSpot users for engagement attribution
- 4.Choose which objects and properties the AI can read vs. write
- 5.Place a test call and verify the engagement appears on the right record
