How to connect
- 1.Go to HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Private Apps
- 2.Create a new Private App with CMS read scope
- 3.Copy the Access Token
- 4.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect HubSpot KB
- 5.Enter your Access Token
- 6.Select which knowledge bases to sync
Good to know
- Requires HubSpot Service Hub Professional or Enterprise
- Only published articles are synced
- Article analytics not included in sync
- Multi-language articles sync as separate entries
