How to connect
- 1.Go to Intercom Settings → Integrations → Developer Hub
- 2.Create a new app or use an existing one
- 3.Generate an Access Token with read permissions
- 4.In Open, go to AI Training → Sources → Connect Intercom
- 5.Enter your Access Token
- 6.Articles will sync automatically
Good to know
- Only published articles are synced by default
- Draft articles can be optionally included
- Article body is synced as HTML - formatting preserved
- Incremental sync picks up new and updated articles
Security: Open only requires read access to your Intercom Articles. We never write, modify, or delete your content. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. GDPR compliant, working toward SOC 2 Type II.
