How to connect

  1. 1.In Atlassian, create an API token at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens
  2. 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Jira and enter your domain, email, and API token
  3. 3.Map Open agents to Jira users for issue attribution
  4. 4.Configure which projects and issue types the AI can create
  5. 5.Test by creating a sample issue from a test call
