Requirements

How to connect
- 1.In Microsoft Entra ID, register an Open app with Teams permissions
- 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams and authorize
- 3.Map channels and individuals to escalation rules
- 4.For Teams Phone: configure Direct Routing in your tenant
- 5.Test alert and (if applicable) inbound call flow

- Sovereign clouds (GCC, GCC High, DoD) supported on enterprise plans
- Direct Routing certified SBC required for Teams Phone
