How to connect

  1. 1.In Salesforce, create a Connected App with OAuth scopes for the objects you want
  2. 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce and authorize the Connected App
  3. 3.Map Open agent roles to Salesforce profiles for field-level security
  4. 4.Choose which objects and fields the AI can read vs. write
  5. 5.Place a test call and verify the Activity log appears on the right record

Good to know

  • Field-level security is enforced — Open never sees fields the agent profile cannot
  • Sandboxes are supported for staging and pre-production
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Litify are all supported
