How to connect
- 1.In ServiceTitan, enable the API and create an API integration
- 2.Note the Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret
- 3.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → ServiceTitan and provide the credentials
- 4.Map business units, zones, and pricebook items to Open agent rules
- 5.Test a booking and verify it appears in the dispatch board
