How to connect
- 1.In Shopify Admin, go to Apps → Develop apps → Create an app
- 2.Configure Admin API access scopes (orders, customers, products at minimum)
- 3.Install the app and copy the Admin API access token
- 4.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify and paste the access token
- 5.Select which agents and which calls can read/write Shopify data
- 6.Test with a sample order lookup before going live
Good to know
- Refunds and order edits are made under the configured Shopify staff account
- Multi-store: connect each store individually or use a Shopify Plus organization
- Read-only mode supported for compliance-sensitive deployments
