How to connect
- 1.In Stripe Dashboard, create a restricted API key with the scopes you need
- 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Stripe and paste the key
- 3.Configure refund limits, charge consent rules, and PII redaction
- 4.Map AI agents to which Stripe products they can act on
- 5.Place a test call to verify a payment link sends and reconciles
Good to know
- Card numbers are never spoken to the AI; payment links are the default flow
- Refund and charge actions are configurable per-agent within policy bounds
- PCI-aligned by default; recordings can exclude payment segments
