How to connect
- 1.In Zoho Developer Console, create a Self Client and generate OAuth credentials
- 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho and authorize the app
- 3.Map Open agents to Zoho users
- 4.Select which modules and fields the AI can read/write
- 5.Test with a sample call
