Outbound calls — Open originates outbound calls through your Twilio Elastic SIP Trunk.
Recording — Twilio call recording continues unchanged; Open captures its own structured transcripts.
TwiML — Programmable voice flows can hand off to Open with the <Sip> or <Refer> verb.

- 1.In Twilio Console, identify the SIP Domain or Elastic SIP Trunk you want to use
- 2.In Open, go to Settings → Integrations → Twilio and provide the SIP Domain or Trunk SID
- 3.Configure the inbound TwiML or trunk routing to forward to Open
- 4.For outbound, authorize Open to originate calls through your trunk
- 5.Place a test call and verify the trunk routing in Twilio Console + Open dashboard
